This workshop is for small business owners and nonprofit organizations in Truckee, Lake Tahoe, and Reno who do their own marketing.
You’ll review real examples, write your own press release live, workshop it, and leave with a polished draft that’s ready to send to local media and community outlets.
BONUS: Attendees can submit their final press release to me after the workshop. I will provide personalized feedback and edits to you.
About me:
I have been writing marketing and public relations content for businesses for over 10 years. I also spent time as the Digital Editor for Moonshine Ink, where I received press releases, edited them, and approved or denied them for publication. Some of my clients include Sugar Bowl Resort, Tahoe Forest Hospital, Vail Health Foundation, Excellence in Education, and more.
I was an English teacher for 10 years, prior to starting InBloom Marketing. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Art History from UCLA and a master’s in Education from Pepperdine University.
What I want more than anything right now is to use my knowledge and skills to help empower small business owners realize their dreams.
